The Studio is shared space and open to photographers to rent.  Space can be rented on a monthly or hourly basis.  We have a large inventory of photography props including everything you need for a successful session.  We are fully stocked for newborn sessions.

Rates are $150 per month for monthly rental, paid monthly via automatic payments on the first of each month.  This is for approximately 20 hours each month.  Rates for hourly rental are $35 per hour and require a form of payment kept on file.  Rental includes the use of seamless paper.

The Studio is a clean and safe environment.  Newborn items are laundered after each use.
